About My Process
Mixing design fiction, culture and business insights to prototype alternative futures for brands and technology.
This phase is about creating series of collaborative workshops with clients and creative teams to outline key challenges, brand values and possible territories.
A crucial part of prototyping is to keep the ideation and experimentation process going. I help do this by mapping key emotional moments of the customer journey and by speculating about the future of technology.
I base my research on empathy, critical thinking and a desire to understand what makes us human. This approach allows me to uncover insights about culture and emerging behaviors.
While the prototype research is going, I build the brand platform (language, visual identity, actions, product identity...). My aim is to define as much as possible for the brand personality and its world.
